Pindo and I&M Bank Launch Rwanda's First Kinyarwanda Voice AI Banking Agent

Pindo and I&M Bank have launched Rwanda's first voice artificial intelligence banking agent capable of conducting transactions in Kinyarwanda. The voice AI agent enables customers to perform banking operations through voice commands in their native language, expanding access to digital banking services. The initiative represents a significant step in financial inclusion for Rwandan-speaking customers, allowing them to interact with banking services without requiring proficiency in English or French.
